We work hard to get things right, and when we do not, we say so.
How to report an error
Write to dileep@zentixservices.com with the story link, the statement you believe is wrong, and any evidence. We acknowledge every request.
What we do
- Factual errors are corrected in the story, and a note at the end explains what was changed and when.
- Minor fixes, such as spelling or grammar that does not change meaning, are made without a note.
- Serious errors, where a story's central claim was wrong, get a prominent note at the top. In rare cases a story may be withdrawn, with an explanation left in its place.
- Updates that add new information are marked with a new "Updated" date.
We do not delete stories quietly to hide mistakes.
